For personalized products, we ensure faster handling, and these are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience.

COD is available on eligible orders across PAN India.

We recommend prepaid orders for a faster and smoother delivery experience.


5. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as:

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to accept the order

It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

For reshipping such orders, a β‚Ή100 fee will be applicable. This amount covers the additional shipping cost charged by the courier partner.

We strongly advise customers to ensure:

  • Accurate address and contact details

  • Availability at the time of delivery

This helps avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.
